This homemade guilt-free recipe, is very easy to prepare and requires minimal ingredients that are easily available.

Step 1 :

Soak almonds and pistas in warm water for 15 -20 minutes and peel off their skin.

Step 2 :

Cut dry fruits finely. Add 1 tbsp warm milk, few strands of saffron, rose water, 1 spoon sugar free. Mix and keep aside. This is the stuffing for the peda.

Step 3 :

Boil 1 liter milk and continue to mix it, till the milk is reduced to a khova consistency.

Step 4 :

Add ghee and fry the made khova a little till fragrant. Switch off the heat.

Step 5 :

Add vanilla essence and sugar free as per taste and keep aside.

Step 6 :

Once the khova is cool enough to handle, roll them into pedas and stuff the dry fruit filling in it.

Step 7 :

Garnish it with almonds and pistas.
