Step 1 :

In a bowl, add multigrain flour, sooji, salt, ajwain and oil. Mix it well.

Step 2 :

Add some water in portions and mix to make a tight dough.

Step 3 :

Cover the dough and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4 :

Roll the dough into a thin large circle and cut the circle in long rectangles or diamonds.

Step 5 :

Pre-heat the oven for around 15-20 minutes at 180 degree centigrade.

Step 6 :

Put the pieces in the oven and allow it to bake well.
