Step 1 :

Roast cashew nuts on a tawa. Once done, grind it in a mixer.

Step 2 :

Now, take sugar and grind it in a mixer too. Ensure there are no granules left.

Step 3 :

In a bowl, take cashew nuts powder and powdered sugar. Mix it well.

Step 4 :

Add 2-3 drops of essence and condensed milk to it

Step 5 :

Mix well and knead it into a smooth dough.

Step 6 :

Take gulkand in another bowl and add chopped nuts to it.

Step 7 :

Mix well until combined.

Step 8 :

Make small sized pooris of the cashew dough (not very thin).

Step 9 :

Cut it using a heart shaped mould.

Step 10 :

Place a teaspoon of gulkand on it.

Step 11 :

Fold the kaju sheet without sealing it. Repeat until the cashew mix is over.
