Step 1 :
In a vessel, boil milk till the quantity reduces to half.
Step 2 :
Add vinegar and sugar. Cook till it becomes thick. Now, add ghee.
Step 3 :
Once ghee leaves from the sides of the vessel, add gulkand.
Step 4 :
Transfer it in a greased tray and leave it for half hour.
Step 5 :
Top it with dry fruits. Slice it in squares and serve.
