It is a delicate and delicious fusion recipe of betel leaf and desiccated coconut.

Step 1 :

In a pan, dry roast desiccated coconut for 2 minutes.

Step 2 :

Grind milkmaid and betel nut leaves together in a mixer and add it to above mixture.

Step 3 :

Saute it for 2 minutes or till it becomes a bound mixture.

Step 4 :

In a separate bowl, mix gulkand and chopped raisins together.

Step 5 :

Take small a portion of the coconut mix, fill it with gulkand in the middle and cover it with the mixture. Roll it into a ladoo.

Step 6 :

Sprinkle desiccated coconut over it as garnish.
