This recipe is a side dish. One can eat it with regular phulka/chapati/puri or with dry/gravy vegetable.

Step 1 :

Crush cucumbers in a crusher.

Step 2 :

Drain the excess water from the cucumbers.

Step 3 :

In a mixer put green chilies, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, mint leaves and coriander leaves, grind it well.

Step 4 :

Take curd in a bowl and add the ground masala in it and mix well.

Step 5 :

Add a pinch of turmeric powder and salt as per your taste.

Step 6 :

Put the raita in fridge for 5-10 minutes. Toss it well.

Step 7 :

Serve the same as a side dish with chapati, curry or cooked vegetables.
