Step 1 :

In a bowl, wash the rice and keep it aside.

Step 2 :

In a cooker, heat ghee. Once done, pour milk and boil it.

Step 3 :

When it boils, add sugar and rice to it.

Step 4 :

Close the cooker. Keep it on medium flame.

Step 5 :

After the first whistle, turn it to sim and wait for 2 whistles.

Step 6 :

Once done, switch off and wait for an hour.

Step 7 :

Pour it into a bowl and serve it warm.
