This is a delicious recipe of Schezwan Noodles with a Mexican touch. It is very easy to prepare. It will be loved by all.

Step 1 :

Boil 1 pack of hakka noodles and keep aside. In another vessel of water, boil rajma.

Step 2 :

Now, fry the other pack of hakka noodles and mix it with the boiled ones.

Step 3 :

Saute spring onions in oil according to the requirement, till it turns golden brown.

Step 4 :

Now add cabbage, capsicum and carrots. Saute it for 5 minutes until it is slightly cooked.

Step 5 :

Later, add corn kernels and boiled rajma. Cook it for 30 seconds.

Step 6 :

Add crushed garlic, chilly sauce, soy sauce and schezwan masala. Toss it well and allow it to cook for 5 minutes.

Step 7 :

Now, add the fried and boiled noodles, mix it properly and let it cook for a few minutes.

Step 8 :

Garnish it with coriander and nachos.

Step 9 :

Spread some white mayonnaise on it. Serve it hot!
