Step 1 :

Soak sabudana in a vessel, for 4-5 hours or overnight. Soaking timing will vary, depending upon the quantity and quality of the sabudana.

Step 2 :

Steam the sabudana for 10 minutes in a steamer or in any pot. Simultaneously, in another vessel boil 2 potatoes.

Step 3 :

After 10 minutes, check if the sabudana are soft. Add boiled potatoes, green chilies, roasted peanut powder, sugar powder, add falahari salt, coriander, 2 tsp oil and mix well.

Step 4 :

Now, add khichdi masala and again mix well. Add lemon juice and mix well.

Step 5 :

Transfer to the serving dish and garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with falahari mixture.
