Step 1 :

Soak the moong for 1 entire day.

Step 2 :

Once the moong sprouts, grind it with spinach, ginger and green chillies. The batter should be of a smooth consistency.

Step 3 :

Keep the batter aside for 2 hours.

Step 4 :

Take a tawa and heat oil on it.

Step 5 :

Now, spread the batter on the heated tawa and cook the chilla on both sides.
