This dish is so delicious, it is a normal home kitchen style cooking recipe.

Step 1 :

In a vessel, boil noodles with water, do not over cook it.

Step 2 :

Once the noodles are done, transfer them into a bowl and allow it to rest, until it turns to room temperature.

Step 3 :

Add curd, salt, red chilli powder and peanut butter to the cooked noodles, mix well and leave it for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4 :

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, green chilli, capsicum, tomato, turmeric powder and salt. Saute it for a few minutes.

Step 5 :

Next, add the cooked noddles, a little soy sauce and coriander leaves. Stir fry it for about 5 minutes.

Step 6 :

Serve this noodle dish warm.
