Step 1 :

Sprout the moong beans overnight, rinse them in water, once they are ready.

Step 2 :

Either steam or boil it till the sprouts are completely cooked. You can even semi-cook it, if you want a crunchy taste.

Step 3 :

Take a bowl, add the sprouted moong beans to it. In another bowl, soak the groundnut in water.

Step 4 :

Add 1 small onion and tomato, finely chopped.

Step 5 :

Then, add a boiled potato, grated carrot, groundnuts.

Step 6 :

Lastly, season with salt and coriander leaves.

Step 7 :

You can also add chaat masala for taste.
