Step 1 :

Take 2 bowls and rinse moong dal and rice separately.

Step 2 :

Finely chop a piece of ginger and green chilli.

Step 3 :

Next, take a pressure cooker. Add moong dal, rice, black pepper corns, ginger, salt, green chilli, cumin seeds, ghee, and 400 ml water. Close the cooker with the lid.

Step 4 :

Keep the cooker on the stove, after 5 whistles, switch off the gas. Meanwhile, fry the cashew nuts in a pan with ghee.

Step 5 :

Garnish it with fried cashew nuts and serve it warm.
