Step 1 :

Heat ghee in a deep frying pan, roast cashew nuts and groundnuts separately. Set it aside.

Step 2 :

Now in the same ghee, add makhana and roast for 5-7 minutes till they are crisp. Add these roasted makhana to the same bowl.

Step 3 :

Add the remaining ghee to the same pan, add thin poha and roast for 7-10 mins till it is crisp.

Step 4 :

Put this into a bowl, add chaat masala and salt for taste, mix well.

Step 5 :

You can add some red chilli powder if you like it spicy and deep fry the makhana.
