Jaggery is always good for health. In winters, it works like a miracle. It helps fight cough, cold and fever. Broken Wheat (Dalia) is always a healthy option.

Step 1 :

Take a cooker and put 3 tbsp of canola oil in it. Heat it on a low flame.

Step 2 :

Chop almonds and raisins finely and keep it aside.

Step 3 :

Now, add dalia in it and let it roast on low flame, stir the same continuously.

Step 4 :

Alongside, take a pan, fill it with 6 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Add jaggery in it.

Step 5 :

Also, keep stirring the dalia until it turns into a light golden color. Now, add the chopped dry fruits and coconut powder in it.

Step 6 :

Next, pour in the jaggery water slowly, into the dalia mixture, mix it well and cover the cooker with its lid. Allow it to cook well until 3-4 whistles.

Step 7 :

After the pressure ends, open the lid and check if the water is soaked. Let it cool for some time. If water is still there, wait for another whistle.

Step 8 :

Serve it in a bowl.
