Step 1 :

Boil the eggs in a vessel.

Step 2 :

Meanwhile, finely chop onion, tomato, and slice a cucumber.

Step 3 :

Once the eggs are boiled, place them in chilled water, peel them, and slice them.

Step 4 :

Mix the sprouts with chopped onion and tomato.

Step 5 :

Add salt, black pepper and lemon juice to it.

Step 6 :

Place all the ingredients in a plate.

Step 7 :

Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper powder on it.

Step 8 :

Enjoy the salad with green tea or coffee.
