Easy peasy versatile salad, packed with flavors that can be tweaked to satisfy any palate. It is a go to salad, for days when one is too exhausted to come home and rustle up something, it is filling yet appetizing and healthy.

Step 1 :

First, julienne carrots, radish and zucchini, slice chilies lengthwise, and finely mince garlic pods.

Step 2 :

Heat sesame oil in a wok and put in garlic and chilies.

Step 3 :

Add cut vegetables after 3 minutes and toss it.

Step 4 :

Switch off the stove, add rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Step 5 :

In a vessel, pour sufficient water and boil the noodles, until they cook. Ensure there is no water remaining once the noodles are done.

Step 6 :

Mix the noodles and vegetables together.

Step 7 :

Serve it warm or cold according to the weather. This dish can be eaten as it is or with an added protein like an egg, etc.
