This dish can be consumed at lunch or dinner. It is yummy and healthy at the same as it contains proteins and vitamins.

Step 1 :

In a wok add oil, chopped onion and garlic. Saute it for a few seconds on high flame.

Step 2 :

Now, add shrimp chilli paste and cook it for a minute.

Step 3 :

Then, add chicken pieces and prawns to the dish, saute the same for until they cook well.

Step 4 :

Add noodles to it and cook it well.

Step 5 :

Once cooked, add all the mentioned sauces, stir the mixture well and close the lid of the wok.

Step 6 :

Add 2 eggs, pak choy and salt, to the dish. Let it cook for a minute or two.

Step 7 :

Garnish it with fried garlic and onion, while serving.
