It is a cone base fusion recipe that has a pizza filling inside.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Preheat the oven at 180º C.

Step 2 :

Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into 2 inches, long strips. Roll each strip around a cone mould or a microwave safe glass.

Step 3 :

Place it on a baking tray, place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove and set it aside to cool. Once cooled, de-mould the cones.

Step 4 :

Fill up the cones with a layer of pizza sauce followed by the capsicum, bell peppers and onions. Sprinkle salt, mixed herbs and red chilli flakes. Top it with cheese cubes.

Step 5 :

Again, place it on a baking tray, place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 5-10 minutes or till the cheese melts.

Step 6 :

Serve it hot with grated cheese as a topping.
