A unique and delicious samosa recipe made with Britannia cheese!

Step 1 :

In a plate, add maida, salt, black pepper powder, oil and water. Knead the dough.

Step 2 :

In small bowl, add Britannia cheese spread, boiled black channa, paneer, onion, salt, red chilli powder and mix it well.

Step 3 :

Mash black channa with the back of spoon so that it gets mixed well.

Step 4 :

Roll out a small roti from dough.

Step 5 :

Cut it into a square shape.

Step 6 :

Fold the edges of the square in the center and flip it over.

Step 7 :

Place a spoon of cheese filling on it.

Step 8 :

Again, fold it from the edges and flip it over.

Step 9 :

Take out the petals of flower and our cheese flower samosa is ready.

Step 10 :

Make others in a same way.

Step 11 :

Keep it in the fridge for about 5-10 minutes.

Step 12 :

Deep fry them and place on a serving plate.

Step 13 :

Serve Cheese Flower Samosas with Britannia cheese spread.
