Cook macaroni according to the package directions. Drain and keep aside.

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

Stir in flour to make a roux.

Add milk to roux slowly, stirring constantly.

Stir in cheeses, and cook over low heat until cheese is melted and the sauce is a little thick.
Step 6 :
Switch off the flame.
Step 7 :
Add macaroni and toss gently to coat all macaroni.
Step 8 :
Spoon about 1/4 cup macaroni mixture into prepared muffin cups; sprinkle with dried mixed herbs.
Step 9 :
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
Step 10 :
Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
