This low carb, high protein classic recipe is perfect if you are looking for a healthy, filling, delicious breakfast while following a Ketogenic diet.

Step 1 :

Wash and boil the eggs (add in vinegar to the water) for 10 minutes.

Step 2 :

Once done, wash with normal water and peel off the egg shells.

Step 3 :

Cut with fine white thread, this will cut the eggs evenly.

Step 4 :

Scoop out the egg yolks into a bowl add mashed them with a fork.

Step 5 :

Add mayonnaise and mustard sauce to mash the yolks.

Step 6 :

Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

Step 7 :

Now fill the egg white pockets with the prepared yolk mix.

Step 8 :

Season with smoked paprika powder and serve.

Step 9 : Notes

1. At the time of boiling sometimes egg shells start to crack, to avoid this from happening a little vinegar is added to the water. 2. A fine white thread or even tasteless dental floss can be used to cut the boiled eggs evenly and without any mess.
