Step 1 :

Boil the quinoa and peas, drain out the water and set aside.

Step 2 :

In a wok, heat some oil and add in the mustard seeds, wait for them to splutter.

Step 3 :

Next add in the chopped green chilies and curry leaves.

Step 4 :

Next add in the onion and sauté till they're translucent.

Step 5 :

Add the chopped veggies and cook till they are tender.

Step 6 :

Add in the groundnuts next, followed by the spice powders and salt to taste.

Step 7 :

Add the boiled quinoa, followed by the soaked & drained rice flakes.

Step 8 :

Add the coriander leaves and stir in all the ingredients.

Step 9 :

Check for spice & salt levels and adjust accordingly.

Step 10 :

Serve hot.
