Paneer moong beetroot wrap as the name suggests is very healthy, nutritious and very delicious. Children will love this. This wrap is made with very little fat and it is a wholesome meal.

Step 1 : For stuffing :

Boil green moong dal in a pressure cooker until soft and keep aside.

Step 2 :

Heat ghee in a pan, crackle with mustard seed, cumin, add onion and saute until translucent.

Step 3 :

Add green chili and tomato, saute well. Add turmeric powder and grated beetroot. Mix well, Add boiled green moong dal, salt, and grated coconut and mix well.

Step 4 :

Make dough out of wheat flour, salt, water, and ghee. Make flat bread as thin as possible and cook on high flame until well done.

Step 5 :

Arrange thin slice paneer on the cooked chapati, apply tomato ketchup evenly and keep the moong beetroot mix and roll it and serve.
