Very healthy, kid-friendly, Gluten-free, zebra-striped "Japanese cotton cheesecake " with Spirulina- A superfood from plant source thats high in protein, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants!

Step 1 :

Mix all Ingredients except the egg whites and spirulina into a smooth paste and keep it aside.

Step 2 :

Beat egg whites from the 3 yellow- to stiff peak with 50 grams of castor sugar and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.

Step 3 :

In a separate bowl take one full tablespoon of spirulina powder and mix half of the cream cheese batter.

Step 4 :

In a prepared 18 cm pan, alternate the green and white batter to form the zebra stripes. Place in hot water and bake for 90 minutes.

Step 5 :

Let it sit overnight so the flavors seep through.
