Mango Bread Custard Pudding

A divine and delicious recipe made with fresh and yummy mangoes.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Take the bread slices and apply butter on them. Cut it into small triangles or cubes. Arrange the bread slices in a greased dish and spread honey evenly all over the slices.

Step 2 :

In a pan, take 1 cup milk and 1 tbsp sugar and boil till the sugar dissolves. In a rest, add 1/4 cup cold milk and dissolve the mango flavoured custard powder. Add this custard powder solution into the boiling milk and stir till it is thick. Cool it till it gets to the room temperature.

Step 3 :

Spread this custard on honey and butter rich bread evenly. Do not leave any part dry. Then sprinkle chopped mango pieces and little amount of apples and grapes, both chopped as well.

Step 4 :

Then again arrange the bread layer in the same way with honey and butter. Cover it completely with custard and mango pieces and nuts.

Step 5 :

Then keep it in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes. Serve it cold by garnishing with silver balls, colourful vermicelli, stars and cherries.
