Step 1 :

Arrange blanched broccoli, corn, red bell pepper, red cabbage, cabbage, roasted chickpeas and chopped cucumber in a bowl.

Step 2 :

For the yogurt dip: In a bowl, take the greek yogurt and add finely chopped cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder,and chopped parsley leaves. Mix everything well.

Step 3 :

Pour the yogurt dip over the veggies at the time of serving.
