A delicious filling sandwich which can go for a weekday lunch. It's easy, healthy and requires few ingredients only. When I tried these sandwiches I actually realized healthy food also tastes good. A zero oil sandwich recipe.

Step 1 :

In a bowl, take cooked chickpeas and mash them with the help of a spoon.

Step 2 :

Next, add finely chopped onion, shredded carrot, cherry tomatoes, hung curd, lemon juice, black pepper powder, salt and mix everything well.

Step 3 :

Take a bread slice, keep the lettuce leaves and spread 2-3 tablespoons of the filling. Cover with another slice of bread and Serve!
