Mango saffron lassi is a refreshing summer drink made using mangoes,milk,and saffron strands. It can be relished anytime of the day and makes an ideal welcome drink too.

Step 1 :

Soak saffron in a tablespoon of hot milk for 5 minutes and crush it well.

Step 2 :

Place the yogurt, mango, saffron milk, cardamom powder and sugar in the blender.

Step 3 :

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 4 :

Add water and ice cubes and blend until well combined.

Step 5 :

Transfer the lassi into serving glasses and garnish with almonds or pistachios.

Step 6 :

Serve immediately.
