Mango Ice Cream

A heavenly combination of mango (the king of fruits) and ice cream (a treat to the taste buds during summers)!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Take a big bowl and pour the whipped cream in it.

Step 2 :

Whisk it for 3-4 minutes.

Step 3 :

Add powdered sugar in it and whisk well again.

Step 4 :

You can add milkmaid if you wish. Otherwise, increase the quantity of sugar as per the mango's sweetness.

Step 5 :

At last, add mango pulp and mix with a spatula for 2 minutes.

Step 6 :

Take one or two medium sized transparent bags.

Step 7 :

Pour the mixture into these bags.

Step 8 :

Lock it properly.

Step 9 :

Freeze the bags for two hours.

Step 10 :

After the two hours, mix the ice cream mixture again with the help of a spoon. Freeze again for 2 hours.

Step 11 :

Take out the zip locked bags from the freezer.

Step 12 :

Pour the ice cream scoop into a glass or bowl.

Step 13 :

Garnish it with tutti frutti, dry fruits and sugar sprinkles.
