A healthy fruit recipe that will be relished by all!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Take a pan. Add 4 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Turn the flame to sim.

Step 2 :

Add rice flour slowly. Ensure that no lumps are formed.

Step 3 :

Add a tsp of oil. When it rounds off the pan, remove and keep it aside.

Step 4 :

Take pan and add mixed fruits. Add jaggery powder or honey, toss it and remove from heat. Transfer it to a bowl, this is the stuffing.

Step 5 :

Now a take small portion of cooked rice flour dough.

Step 6 :

Make balls and shape it like a momo. Stuff with fruits stuffing and close it.

Step 7 :

Steam it in an idly steamer for 15 minutes.

Step 8 :

Serve hot.
