Tofu Manchurian Stir Fry

A healthy and delicious tofu recipe!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Grate tofu.

Step 2 :

Roughly crush peanuts.

Step 3 :

In a bowl, add grated tofu, salt, black pepper powder and corn starch.

Step 4 :

Mix in soya sauce as well.

Step 5 :

Apply a little oil to your hand. Take some portion of the mixture and roll it into small balls.

Step 6 :

Spread crushed peanuts on a plate. Roll out the tofu balls in this peanut mixture.

Step 7 :

In kadai, add oil. Deep fry these balls.

Step 8 :

In frying pan, add oil. Once hot, add onion and capsicum. Sauté them a little.

Step 9 :

Add the tofu Manchurian, peanuts, soya sauce, 3/4th cup of water and mix well.

Step 10 :

Add salt and black pepper powder and mix it till it starts to thicken.

Step 11 :

Serve Tofu Manchurian Stir fry and enjoy with family.
