Preparation

Step 1 :

Soak the chana dal and chana in to water. Soak the soya chunks in warm water.

Step 2 :

Once they are completely soaked and become soft, drain the water.

Step 3 :

Heat a pan and add a little oil to it.

Step 4 :

Once the oil becomes warm, add the soya chunks, chana dal and chana in it.

Step 5 :

Add garam masala, red chili powder and salt. Close the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes.

Step 6 :

After 15 minutes, open the pan and let it cool down.

Step 7 :

Add chopped ginger, green chilli and grind everything properly.

Step 8 :

After grinding, add chopped onion and make it into a kabab shape.

Step 9 :

Shallow fry and serve it with green chutney.
