Preparation

Step 1 :

Wash the 4 carrots.

Step 2 :

Cut 1/3 lemon and ¼ inch ginger.

Step 3 :

Crush the carrots in mixer and obtain the juice from it.

Step 4 :

Use 1/3 lemon and ¼ inch ginger and crush them in mixer too.

Step 5 :

Obtain the juice and drink it empty stomach early in the morning.

Step 6 :

Drink this twice a week to detox your body.
