Preparation

Step 1 :

Pulse the cauliflower, green chilli and coriander so it mixes well.

Step 2 :

Break in 1 egg and add salt.

Step 3 :

Mix it well, take half of the quantity and spread it on a pan.

Step 4 :

Let it cook on a slow heat for at least 5 minutes.

Step 5 :

Add 10 gm ghee on the top and flip it.

Step 6 :

Cook the other side for 5 minutes or more. Your roti is ready.

Step 7 :

You can enjoy it hot from the pan or as it is.
