Oats Uttapam is an ideal tiffin-box recipe that can be quickly make at home. Much to the children’s delight, it contains colourful ingredients like green spinach, coriander leaves and tomato.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Pour some water into the oats flakes and keep it aside for softness.

Step 2 :

Cut the onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves and spinach.

Step 3 :

Add the soaked oats into the idli/dosa batter/flour. Add onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, spinach and salt. Mix it well (add some water if required).

Step 4 :

On a non-stick pan, sprinkle some oil and spread oats mix batter/flour. Fry both sides till light brown.

Step 5 :

Serve this oats uttapam with chutney or potato sabji.
