Preparation

Step 1 :

Soak urad dal and rice in water overnight separately. Blend both in a grinder to make a soft paste. Add salt and mix it well.

Step 2 :

Slices the eggs.

Step 3 :

Pour some water into the pressure cooker and grease the idli patra plate with oil. Stuff the above mixture and eggs slices. Cook for 10-12 minutes.

Step 4 :

Make a funny face of the egg. Place the eggs stuffed idli into the plate and sprinkle oregano and black pepper powder. Serve with tomato sauce.
