A healthy and tasty recipe which is a great option for the tiffin box too!

Cooking Steps

Preparation

Step 1 :

Soak matki dal, chana dal and green peas in water for 1 night. Later, separate the water from it and wrap the soaked ingredients in a muslin cloth (make a potli) for 1 day.

Step 2 :

Soak urad dal and rice in water overnight separately. Make a soft paste in a grinder.

Step 3 :

To the above paste, mix the matki dal, chana dal, green peas and salt. Mix it well.

Step 4 :

Pour some water into the pressure cooker. Grease the idlipatra plate with oil and stuff the above sprouted mixture for 10-12 minutes.

Step 5 :

Make a funny face of sprouted idli and serve with green chutney.

Step 6 : Green Chutney Method

Cut the fresh garlic cloves and green chili. Grind the fresh garlic cloves, cumin seed, green chili, salt and make fine paste.
