Parsi Cheese Cutlets

A delicious, easy to make and healthy breakfast for the family! It is high on protein which gives energy to sustain the day.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Boil chicken and potatoes. Once cool, smash the potatoes and shred the chicken.

Step 2 :

Take a pan add 1/2 cup of milk, two tablespoons of butter and two cheese cubes. Cook on a low flame until it turns thick. Add boiled shredded chicken and cook for two minutes.

Step 3 :

Switch off the gas then mix other ingredients like mashed potatoes, small cheese cubes, 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste, two small chillies and coriander (chopped finely), 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon salt. Mix everything well.

Step 4 :

Take a portion of the mixture and give it the desired shape. First coat it with egg and then with sooji.

Step 5 :

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cutlet.

Step 6 :

Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
