Veg Cheese Overloaded Rolls

A delicious recipe, perfect for snack time! Kids especially love it.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Cut all the vegetables. Add it in a pan with 2 cups of water and heat it on a medium flame.

Step 2 :

After the water is dried up, add oil, 1 tsp ginger – garlic paste, salt, a pinch of turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder. Sauté until it is finely mixed and switch off the flame.

Step 3 :

Knead the flour and make 2-4 medium sized balls. Roll the ball and make the chapattis.

Step 4 :

Slightly heat the chapattis on tawa (don't fully cook it). Take a chapatti and apply cheese spread and place the cooked vegetable filling inside. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on it and make the rolls. Repeat for all the chapattis.

Step 5 :

Place all the rolls in the oven tray and cut it into half. Again, spread some mozzarella cheese and place it in oven and heat it for 5 minutes.

Step 6 :

It is ready to be served.
