Cheese Potato Cutlet

A scrumptious recipe, where potato cutlet is filled with cheese, rolled in rava and baked/shallow fried!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Take the boiled potato, black pepper, red chili powder, jeera powder, chat masala, salt and mix them well.

Step 2 :

After that, take some amount of the mixture and make a ball.

Step 3 :

Take the potato ball and make a space to fill the cheese inside it (the cheese should be covered inside the potato mixture).

Step 4 :

Then roll this in rava.

Step 5 :

Repeat the process and make 7-8 cutlets from the remaining mixture.

Step 6 :

In between, put a non-stick pan on a low heat. Add a little oil. When it gets heated, put 2-3 cutlets in the pan and bake them on medium heat or until they turn brown in colour.

Step 7 :

Now take out the cheese potato cutlet from the pan in the serving plate and crush some cheese on it. Serve this super delicious dish with tomato sauce.
