It’s a dish made of beaten eggs and fried in olive oil preferably. Since this omelette is stuffed, it is folded around finely chopped vegetables, fried or boiled mushroom and off-course a lot of cheese. Cubes are used as they can be grated easily easy for grating. Being a Bengali, I have incorporated a few spices, that are used in our daily cooking. Children usually don't like having vegetables but, this delicious omelette, when stuffed with veggies and cheese is more palatable and usually eaten by them.
