Preparation

Step 1 :

Clean and cut the button mushrooms.

Step 2 :

Boil green peas and grate the cheese and keep it aside.

Step 3 :

Bring skillet to fire, add butter. Once melted, add the cut and cleaned mushrooms.

Step 4 :

Wait for the mushrooms to leave water. Let it boil in this water for 5 minutes or until cooked.

Step 5 :

Add peas and grated cheese and stir until mixed well.

Step 6 :

Add salt and pepper powder to taste.

Step 7 :

Keep it on the flame for 2-3 minutes and then remove. Your cheesy mushroom is ready to serve.

Step 8 :

You may also add boiled chicken along with the cheese and peas for a non-veg version of this dish.
