Preparation
Step 1 :
Take 2 cups of maida, add 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of yeast and 2 teaspoons of any milk powder. Mix the ingredients.
Step 2 :
Add 2 cups of lukewarm water to this mixture and mix it well. Keep the mixture in the warm place for 20 minutes, cover the container with lid. Keep it aside for fermentation.
Step 3 :
After 20 minutes, add 2 cups maida and half cup of any vegetable oil. Knead it and a make a proper dough. Once the proper dough is formed (it will be a little stickier than the roti dough), apply some oil to your palm and then make small balls of it. Press the balls on the microwave plate to make a proper round shape.
Step 4 :
This will be the pizza base. On this base, spread tomato sauce or pizza sauce. Add cheese and put some vegetables of your choice like onions, capsicum, mushrooms, tomatoes, olives, etc.
Step 5 :
Keep the cheese slice or mozzarella cheese on it and bake at 250-degree Celsius for 8-10 minutes. Cheesy country pizza will be ready!
