Preparation

Step 1 :

Chop onions and tomatoes.

Step 2 :

Sauté them for 4-5 minutes.

Step 3 :

Add red chilli powder and salt.

Step 4 :

Transfer the same to a microwave safe round or square bowl and spread it evenly.

Step 5 :

Put a slice of cheese on top of it.

Step 6 :

Break 4 eggs on four corners or edges of the bowl and prick the yolks.

Step 7 :

Sprinkle some red chilli and salt on the eggs.

Step 8 :

Put one cheese slice on top of it.

Step 9 :

Bake the dish on high for 5-6 minutes till the egg is cooked.

Step 10 :

Enjoy the dish with bread or naan.
