Paneer Capsicum Fry

Preparation

Step 1 :

Chop onions length wise.

Step 2 :

Chop capsicum length wise.

Step 3 :

Cut paneer into small cubes.

Step 4 :

Marinate paneer with ginger-garlic paste, salt and little chilli powder.

Step 5 :

In pan, add some oil and fry the paneer until it is golden brown.

Step 6 :

Transfer it to another bowl and use the same pan.

Step 7 :

Heat the pan and add some oil. Once hot, add chopped onions, capsicum and some curry leaves. Sauté it until it is half cooked.

Step 8 :

Add turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder and garam masala. Sauté it and keep it on flame until the raw smell goes.

Step 9 :

Now add the fried paneer and sauté it for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 10 :

Serve it hot.
