Step 1 :

Take besan in a bowl and add chilli powder, salt and coriander leaves. Add water and mix again till it forms a smooth batter.

Step 2 :

Cut cheese into square shape and dip it in the mixture.

Step 3 :

Deep fry this in olive oil.

Step 4 :

Once fried, place them on a tissue paper to remove excess oil.

Step 5 :

Serve with ketchup or dip.
