A classic paniyaram recipe with an Italian twist! The dish is quick, easy and healthy as well.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Prepare a tadka of oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves and chillies. Put this in the dosa batter.

Step 2 :

Add this mixture in a paniyaram (appam) mould.

Step 3 :

Place one small cheese cube in each paniyaram.

Step 4 :

Put it over flame and cook for 6 minutes. Flip them on other side to cook for 6 minutes again.

Step 5 :

Serve hot with coconut and coriander chutney. It can also be served with any dip of your choice.
