A cheesy corn delight that can be prepared in a jiffy! The dish can be served for dinner parties or anytime the mood calls for it.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Boil the corns separately.

Step 2 :

Put 1 cup milk in a pan. Let it boil for a minute.

Step 3 :

Add cheese slices. Depending on how cheesy you want it to be, you can add around 3-4 slices. Mix it well in the pan. It should be of creamy texture after 5-6 mins.

Step 4 :

Add oregano, chilli flakes and salt. Mix it and let it cook for another minute.

Step 5 :

Now add boiled corns. Cook for another 2/3 minutes.

Step 6 :

Serve hot with some coriander and grated cheese topping. Your cheesy corn is ready to serve!
