Cheese Dip

A never fail recipe that has been hit in every party and function! Everyone loves it right from a toddler to the older generation.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Put 500gm curd in a muslin cloth and tie it lightly. Hang it at a place where all the water from the curd is strained out. Keep it aside for at least for an hour (in case you are using a thick consistency readymade curd, then there is no need to hang it.)

Step 2 :

Take out the hung curd in a bowl and add 2 tbsp. of cheese dip to it. Whisk it nicely.

Step 3 :

Add finely chopped bell peppers, green of spring onions, garlic clove (crushed and chopped), salt and oregano and mix well.

Step 4 :

In another pan, add sliced onions with 1 tsp of oil and sauté till it turns brown. Once it is brown, switch off the gas.

Step 5 :

Add the above onions to the curd mixture and give it a churn.

Step 6 :

Your dip is ready. You can serve it with chips, khakras or anything of choice.
